Algebra with Michael R.

I found my passion for teaching in 2017 after spending five years in the accounting field. I graduated college in three and a half years with 134 credits and a bachelors degree in accounting. I have taught art, science, and reading, and work as a tutor for the Baltimore County Public Schools Title 1 program. My goal as a teacher and a mentor is not only to help you improve in specific areas, but also to help you learn skills that you can use across any subject or skill you attempt to conquer. I believe in striking a balance during the learning process that focuses equally on learning content, and learning oneself. Understanding your personality, learning style, and work habits can drastically improve your ability to understand new concepts, and I hope to earn the opportunity to help you along the way.
