I am a fitness trainer, buisness man, and upcoming entrepreneur . I’ve been in active sports since a child and have been training myself and others since I was 10.
My fitness students can expect to improve week to week in their form and ability to push. Everybody has strengths and weaknesses; I teach students to become emotionally and physically strong and apply techniques in order to push them to their fullest potential. I can help any student to train with confidence, power and safe.
I teach fitness students of all different ages and experience levels. Ive trained fitness for 13 years, and I can teach students to train fitness and pursue their fitness goals fast and effective depending on the goals and preference of the student.
As a fitness trainer and business man I travel around from time to time too network and build relationships with people. I love to mentor students who want to become effective in their fitness goals and become whoever they want to be.
My personal passion is fitness and to make an impact, starting with you guys. I believe that great technique and persistence is essential to any and every style.
I will bring exactly what you want to the table depending on your goals and what you want to achieve through fitness. Whether it’s too look good for a vacation, or you just want to lose some weight, or maybe your already fit and want some new workouts. If your afraid to start up, no worries I will be able to give you confidence and push you in a positive way ajusted just for you to give you the best results while your with me. I also provide many types of workouts, for example it can be indoor or outdoor, calisthenics to weight lifting or even cardio. We can go to the park, gym, hike or even in your home. I will make it suitable for you and your goals that you want to reach. I can also provide dieting plans and other plans to help you achieve your goals.I look forward to meeting you and helping you reachable your fitness goals.
