I believe that we can come together and use community music as a vehicle to address some of the global challenges that we’re facing today. Every single person in the world deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, laughter and love. Art shows us all of the good that humans are capable of and we can move forward through divisive times. It's up to all of us to do a better job communicating, collaborating, and educating each other. The arts should be a safe space with an equal platform available to all for sharing ideas and I've committed my life to making the world a better place through music. I received my bachelor's degree in Trombone Performance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2013. Since then, I have been one of the founding members of a 27 piece punk/funk brass band out of Lowell, MA known as "The Party Band" as well as a 9 piece funk cover band out of Boston, MA called "PK and the Mighty Seven." When I'm not practicing, freelancing, or teaching I enjoy hanging out on the porch with the neighborhood cats.
