Euphonium lessons with a 20-year experienced teacher

I have over twenty years' experience teaching private lessons on trombone (alto, tenor, and bass), euphonium, and tuba. I perform regularly with symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles, and popular groups in my area, and have performed, conducted, and lectured at the International Trombone Festival, the International Tuba-Euphonium Conference, and other major venues. While most of my teaching is at the university level, I also work regularly with students both younger and older than that. My high school students are frequently successful in auditions for all-state ensembles, college scholarships, and competitions. My focus in lessons is to help each student to develop sound fundamental playing skills and then teach students how to apply those to realizing musical goals.

Taking lessons with Dr. E has significantly improved both my skill with my instrument as well as my approach to music as a whole. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for low brass lessons.

Dr. Everett is a master musician who is able to articulate his skills and techniques effectively. We have two young musicians (high school) who have greatly benefited directly from Dr. Everett's private lessons as well as from personal instruction from (2) former students. Dr. Everett gets results!
