Greetings! I have a passion for drumming and teaching drums. I started on the practice pad in 5th grade eventually moving up to the drum set in junior high. I played in many ensembles in high school and college from concert band, choral, marching band, winds, and jazz bands. I was always in a leadership position for percussion in these groups. I found early on that I really enjoyed not only performing, but also showing others how to obtain skills in drumming. I guess my instructors saw that in me as well. I currently perform with various artists from Seattle to Los Angeles to Nashville and right here in Central Oregon. When I am not performing, I am doing another thing that I love. I teach and head the percussion department at Cascade School of Music in Bend Oregon. I am excited at the opportunity to work with you on your journey as a musician. This can be fun and inspiring for us both. *** Studio Equipment *** I have a custom made acoustic drum set that I gig and record with.
