Meditation with Meredith F.

I started my career as a counselor and coach working with adults who suffer from addictions. While I still work with this population, I started expanding my expertise providing counseling, teaching meditation, and teaching yoga to children and teens in 2017. It is magical to see the difference these skills make for children over time! This year I have begun working with elderly clients over the phone. Many of these clients are immobile and cannot leave the house. I am grateful to be able to share my passion with people of all ages, in a wide variety of stages of life.
