I have been playing the oboe for 12 years and private teaching for the past three. I recently earned my Bachelor of Arts in Music at Butler University and am now pursuing a Master in Oboe Performance at UCLA. My students develop a deep appreciation for music and participate in a variety of ensembles. Within the first few lessons, we will establish a learning plan that is specific to your level of playing. We will focus on improvement of technicality while also cultivating musicality.

Hello, 

My name is Meredith and I am currently a graduate student at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) pursuing a Masters degree in Oboe Performance. Prior to moving to Los Angeles in August 2015, I taught private lessons to students from the age of 9 -16 in the Indianapolis, IN area while earning my Bachelor's degree in Music at Butler University. I have been playing the oboe for 12 years and love to share my passion for making music with others who are eager to learn!
