    About Melissa F.

My name is Melissa & I am from Salt Lake City, Utah! I have an associates degree in piano performance and interior design. I have eight years of teaching experience, and have taught students from ages 5 - 20. Teaching piano is something that I find joy in & I love seeing my students progress each week! I try to teach each student individually & know that everyone learns differently. This has helped my students learn at a much faster rate, as well as assigning them songs that they are wanting to learn & know. I try to teach musicianship skills so they can learn how to write their own music eventually & explore other musical instruments. My goal is to help each student love the piano & the music they are playing!
