Hello! I'm Melissa Folzenlogen, a New York City musician with 20 years of musical education, training & experience. I've studied at Hunter College, Mannes, Manhattan School of Music, ISO, & Fiorello H. Laguardia High School. Throughout my years in New York, I've been fortunate enough to play Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, The Westin, & many other private events and recital halls. I work with students of all ages & musical styles, & have been taught & can teach the Suzuki Method, as well as music theory, ear training, & vocal coaching, all comfortably and at your own pace in a style that works for you! As a vocalist, I've performed my own music at venues all around the city, such as David Geffen Hall and Highline Ballroom, & have lots of experience recording both violin and vocals for projects of all genres.
Whatever you need, I'll do my best to accommodate you.
