I have over 20 years of experience in performing and teaching music. What makes me unique is that I also have a background in music therapy and art therapy. I love to teach younger students, senior citizens and those with special needs. My lessons will be geared specifically toward YOU. Melissa is amazing! My 13 year old loves music-- right now he is taking piano lessons with her weekly but I feel she does a great job of fostering his love for music across the board. We began lessons in the January of 2018 and as of May of 2018 he has mastered several skills and moved up to a new lesson book. She does a great job of meeting students where they are and encouraging them to the next level. She's not just a teacher, she's a friend, cheerleader and super hero! We love Ms. Melissa and are excited to continue to learn and grow with her! Affordable-- lessons from a professional!
