Greetings students! My name is Melissa B., and I have been in love with music since I was 5 years old. I am proud to serve as a Vocal Instructor for students of all ages. As a teacher, I can help any student with Songwriting and Singing and Music Theory. Music is a major part of my life, and I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to share what I love most with others! Whether you’re a beginner when it comes to singing or you’re an advanced student looking to improve your skills, I am the perfect singing coach and music tutor for you!

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering and Communications from ECPI College of Technology. I have been singing and writing songs for basically my entire life. I am a classically trained vocalist, and I am extremely comfortable working with all types of music, ranging from opera to pop to acapella. These days, I experience great joy in helping others learn the fundamentals of music and song and working with people to improve their musical abilities. Through the years, I have helped countless students work on their vocal range, pitch, harmonization, melody, and general performance techniques. 

My favorite aspect of tutoring having the ability to watch as my students improve their skills and gain confidence over time. I believe that music can make a positive difference in anyone’s life, and that is why I love sharing music with others.

I'm a  vocalist, & songwriter with a worldwide fan base and over half a million video views. I also have gone #1 on the music charts for a song I wrote to inspire all people in life.   I graduated from ECPI College of Technology with Bachelor's of Network Engineering and Communications, and I am currently teaching to students ranging in ability from beginner to professional. My versatility, experience, and formal training helps me to make the learning experience easy, stress-free and fun.

Currently, I produce artists for their own projects and help them with songwriting. My songs have been licensed for national/international in video games.

Last year, I was considered for a nomination for my album for "Best Urban Contemporary" Album.  Since 2015, I have released several singles and 1 EP and in early 2017 one album. 

I teach my clients online as I am continually on the go. I work with singers, & songwriters/producers/composers in a wide age range, assorted skill levels with a variety of musical goals.
