Hey there! I'm Megan. I graduated from culinary school in 2010 and I've been teaching cooking classes or doing cooking demonstrations in addition to working and managing restaurants ever since. I left the restaurant world behind a few months ago to pursue teaching on a different level and now I teach English as a second language. My passion for cooking is still alive and well, I just use it for more personal reasons now... and of course to help others reach their culinary dreams!! I love teaching the basics so that you are able to grow with experience and learn to embrace your ability to create amazing food!
