I have spent my whole career as a teacher working with middle school age (and older) students. I love the excitement and enthusiasm of watching a student discover a new side of themselves that only comes with learning a new instrument! My passion and teaching strength lies with taking a student from a beginner and up through intermediate level. I have an extensive background in orchestral teaching and want to prepare my students to join a performing group, attend a summer camp, or play in a local youth/church orchestra.
