My love of the world has led me to teaching Geography and World Cultures to middle schoolers for the past 3 years.  Through traveling to 8 countries in the past two years and soaking up the culture of various parts of the world, I have hands on experience that helps me guide you.  I'm happy to share my knowledge with you through Take Lessons!

I'm certified through the state of Texas in Social Studies Grades 4-8 and have taught for the past 5 years.  I can use my experience in the classroom to make online learning rewarding for you.  Can't wait to hear from you!

I received my Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012.  Since then, I've taught at the elementary and middle school level.  I hold certifications from the state of Texas in Generalist with English as a Second Language (Early Childhood-Grade 6) and English Language Arts/Social Studies (Grades 4-8).

My hobbies include spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants in my city, and traveling.  My dream is to visit at least one new country each year and learn from locals.
