Singing with Megan D.

I recently graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a bachelor’s of music in vocal performance. I have studied with Professor Julie Donnell and performed with the IPFW University Singers and Chamber Singers. I've performed numerous solos with the University Singers and Singing Dons Jazz Ensemble and has competed in competitions such as NATS, the Hoosier Auditions, and the Bach Festival in Kalamazoo. I have also performed in operas such as Die Zauberflöte as the first lady, The Merry Widow as Hannah Glavari, scene selections from Tenderland as Ma, and scene selections from The Marriage of Figaro as the Countess. My full time job at the moment includes working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I love being able to teach anyone how to sing. I teach in a classical nature, but I believe with the classical technique a student can sing any genre of music.
