Meg's specialty is theatrical performance: you can expect physical, vocal & intellectual discovery that grounds the artist in the character. Rather than performing for laughs, known as "sending up" - we will work with vulnerability to find strength - not only the character, but in the artist as well. We will work extensively on uncovering who the character is and what the artist and the character have in common. The goal of each session is personal growth and opening which is offered through honoring your character.
The majority of her work focuses on opening the creative core of the artist. To become vulnerable and honest, growing into the self, and then to allow that to be shared: this is our purpose.
Meg has a Master's Degree from Actors Studio Drama School and over 11 years of experience working professionally in New York City, regionally, and touring the United States. She is consistently working in the field and knows what it takes to step into an audition room and book the job. www.megyourmark.com
