I like to practice my choice of colors on an old canvas or simply on watercolor paper before being used on a canvas or a wood panel. My favorite tools to use as color reference are: Pantone palettes, HGTV, Dwell, House & Homes Magazines, House Paint Color palettes from Home Depot and imagery found online. —BEGINNING PAINTERS LESSONS the student enjoys the benefit of a non-competitive environment.
