My tutoring strategy is simple. I aim to tutor the student not the subject. This mean every session is unique. I assess the wants of the learner. After this assessment, I start with a simple pretest to understand the level of the learner before selecting a workbook. I usually use books suitable for the student's level or any materials to meet his/her needs: (vocabulary, speaking, listening and comprehension, grammar and pronunciation)

Max was my best writing tutor when I took English writing courses in college. He was always approachable and professional. As a non-native speaker, with his help, not only did I sharpen my writing skills, but I also improved my spoken English tremendously. We usually had side conversations during tutoring sessions, and he gave me useful suggestions whenever I said something grammatically wrong or did not know how to express what I was trying to say in English. I still remember a lot of grammar tips he taught me that are so easy to understand and use in my profession and everyday life.
