Highly recommended. Max has plenty of musical knowledge and knows how to pass it along in a way students can understand. He's an effective, enthusiastic, encouraging teacher, and an all-around good guy. He's serious about his craft, yet still calm, cool, and relaxed. Take your sax playing to the Max.

Max was a very positive and supportive teacher. I really appreciated that he took what I wanted to improve on and found things that would help me with that.
