About me: I have 15 years experience as a certified personal trainer, and 6 years experience as a certified Pilates instructor. I was a Men's Health Cover model three times, and a fashion model in New York for brands like Jockey, Calvin Klein, Under Armor, Reebok, Brooks Brothers and Nautica.

In 2015 I opened VBodies Pilates and Fitness Studio in my hometown of Austin, Texas. Now my gym is full of members, and great trainers, and I want to share the VBodies experience to men around the world.
