Emphasizing on tailoring a curriculum suited for each individual student, growth and learning will be a fun and exciting process that helps establish fundamentals, nurture creative expression, and enjoy making music!

Matthew is a generous, flexible teacher with a
healthy sense of humor and a broad perspective. He really listens to my concerns and addresses them respectfully. He is able to nudge me to work more diligently and to stay honest with myself. His manner is gentle and kind, but he is firm about the sound we are striving to produce. 
         I recommend Matthew wholeheartedly to teach at whatever level you're at. Each of our lessons is a collaboration; & he's probably good teaching children as well!
