Matthew Brouard is a musician from Vermont and started playing Scottish traditional music at the age of eight. His love of Highland Piping has taken him all over the world and he has performed in the USA, Canada and Europe. In 2017, he completed a Higher National Certificate in Traditional Music at the University of Highlands and Islands in the Outer Hebrides studying under Iain MacDonald of Glenuig. He has since moved back to the United States and is now working as a full time musician in the Northeast.

He has performed in the USA, Canada, Scotland and England. Matthew has also studied on the HNC Music Program with the University of Highlands and Islands on the Isle of Benbecula. After studying abroad, he has moved back to the states and become a full time, professional musician.
