Matt Vicari is a guitarist, teacher, and performer active in the Los Angeles music scene. Although his musical roots began in Blues and Rock, Matt has studied and progressed through many eclectic styles including Jazz, Funk, Folk, Bluegrass, Reggae, R&B, Avant-Garde, and Experimental music. In 2006, he studied Songwriting and Audio Production at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Matt continued studying Guitar Performance with Andrew Mannes at Berklee where he received his Bachelors of Music in Spring 2010. He has also studied with other well-known musicians and songwriters, such as Livingston Taylor, Pat Pattison, Jim Stinnett, Dan Bowden, and Scarlet Keys. Matt has continued to play, write, teach and record in Los Angeles, where he has resided since 2010.
