Hi, there! My name is Matt and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since I began studying music in college and have loved helping my students grow as musicians. I went to Mason Gross at Rutgers and earned a degree in Music Education in 2014. Currently, I am a Masters student at Mannes School of Music in New York City studying Orchestral Trumpet Performance. I'm a caring and nurturing person and my teaching style is relaxed but structured. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!

My principal trumpet teachers have been Robert Earley, a current member of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and Vincent Penzarella who is a retired member of the Metropolitan Opera and the New York Philharmonic
