Inline Skating with Mary W.

Mary has over 40 years of skating experience and began skating at age 3. She is competed as U.S. regional and national level World Class level and has achieved the RSA's Gold Tests in School Figures, Dance and Silver in Free Skating. Mary completed her professional apprenticeship under master coach Don Gates. She is a member of the SRSTA and is a USA Roller Sports top rated AC3 level coach. Mary's natural leadership and confidence building method of teaching, brings out the best in her students, by polishing their talents and developing their skills. From "Learn to Skate," through Elite World Championship level skaters of all types can gain valuable consistent proficiency through her methods. Mary specializes in developing a solid skating fundamental foundation with an emphasis on core strength, skating mechanics, explosive movement development, economy and control of movement and edge control. Mary's philosophy that positive consistent practice skills, when paired with proper cross training, will result in confident skaters equipped to attain solid achievement.
