Hello!

I am a patient, supportive and encouraging teacher and I would love to hear you play! I love teaching music and watching my students blossom into these amazing musicians. 

I have played flute since middle school and continued all the way up to high school. In high school I joined band, where I started playing piccolo. I was lucky to have been taught by some inspiring teachers who encouraged me to go back to school to complete my undergraduate at Texas State University in Music Education. I have taught elementary music grades PK-6th grade for 6 years now. I have enjoyed watching my students grow and hope to enrich your life with music soon!

Mary is such a nice flute teacher! She is very patient and informative when it comes to what I need to improve on. I am glad I found a teacher like her to help me become a better flutist!
