Hello! My name is Mark Sewell and I have been playing guitar for 23 years. I was trained at the age of 5 on the piano and that's where my musical journey began, now 30 years ago! I have played in several cover groups, worked with an original progressive rock group, was a member of the University of Louisville School of Music and Marching Band, and have been a team member with the Music Worship teams at multiple churches. I have taught private lessons on the guitar, piano and tuba. This is my first attempt at teaching online! The guitar is a fun and diverse instrument. There are so many options for what you can make the instrument sound like, and there are also many options with how you wish to play the instrument. I embrace this diversity of the instrument, and seek to make the lessons both fun and informative. My first goal is to make the lessons fun, and allow you the freedom to enjoy learning the instrument!
