About Mark P.

Hello, I am Mark R,
I started playing music in 4th grade on flute, later switching to tuba and electric bass in High School. I attended American River College, Sacramento where I received my Associate of Arts Degree in Music. I transferred to California State University, Long Beach where I received a Bachelor of Music Degree in Composition, a California Teaching Credential in Music (K-12) and began work on my Masters. I directed High School music programs in for 16 years and taught: Concert and Marching Band, String Orchestra, Jazz Band and Jazz Choir, Concert and a Capella Choir, Piano, Guitar, Computer Music, and AP Music Theory.
