6.) 1 hour course with the Abbott of Shunkoin Temple in Kyoto, Japan

7.) Taught 1.5 hour meditation/mindfulness course at Isdaner & Company (CPA firm in Philadelphia)

8.) Taught 3 business owners and 1 CPA meditation techniques over 5 month period

This summer (2016) I was involved in a study for mindfulness with the University of Pennsylvania in which I was able to obtain my certification for the well known MSBR 8 week program.

So glad I signed up for this website and found Mark as a meditation teacher! I’ve been dying to learn meditation for such a long time and was thankful I made the time. Mark was very thoughtful in his approach and really has made our classes enjoyable as I initially thought meditation was going to be very disciplined and hard for me. It is not nearly as hard as I initially perceived it to be.

I continue to learn a lot and as we consistently meet I am seeing much progress in my practice. I am also super excited to learn in the future more about how to really lead my life with more ease, especially at school and within my medical lab studies at the University. Looking forward to our next meditation soon!
