1.) 250 hours of mindfulness practice and zen meditation guided by renowned Abbott- Shugen Arnold, Sensei
2.) 8 month study under Tibetan monk on meditation and joyful living (at Philadelphia Kadampa Center)
3. ) 6 months of active meditation and brainwave study with George Pierson (disciple of Anna Wise & Max Cade)
4.) 8 week course and certification of MSBR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction): University of Pennsylvania
5.) 4 week meditation course under Sri Chimnoy Disciples (in Philadelphia, PA)
6.) 1 hour course with the Abbott of Shunkoin Temple in Kyoto, Japan
7.) Taught 1.5 hour meditation/mindfulness course at Isdaner & Company (CPA firm in Philadelphia)
8.) Taught 3 business owners and 1 CPA meditation techniques over 5 month period
9.) Engaged in thousands of hours of sitting & walking meditation practice
This summer (2016) I was involved in a study for mindfulness with the University of Pennsylvania in which I was able to obtain my certification for the well known MSBR 8 week program.

I continue to learn a lot and as we consistently meet I am seeing much progress in my practice. I am also super excited to learn in the future more about how to really lead my life with more ease, especially at school and within my medical lab studies at the University. Looking forward to our next meditation soon!
