Welcome to art & Flow! Our approach is founded on a simple premise: By making music, creative expression and community accessible to all, we support each other in the co-creation of a kinder, healthier, more groovy Earth. We do things unconventionally, you pay a month to month membership and receive online music lessons and creative coaching resources to unleash your creative potential. We embrace many styles of music and encourage all participants to share their unique natural talents. Music lessons are anything but cookie-cutter: Participate in online group lessons called FLOW SESSIONS where we discuss a particular subject, practice a few times and then apply skills immediately in an improvised online jam session. Sharpen your freestyle rap skills and discover your hidden freestyle genius.
