I am a trained Chef based out of Cincinnati, OH with a wealth of knowledge I look forward to passing on to you! 10 years spent in restaurants, and far more time in my own kitchen has given me many recipes I am excited to teach! I spent my early career working in high end restaurants and other odd jobs before transitioning to being a culinary instructor. The freedom and satisfaction that teaching gives me is exhilarating! The best part of my job? When everything comes together in a student's mind, and begins to make sense. That engagement and excitement is unmatched by anything else in my life. When I'm not teaching or cooking for myself, I enjoy gaming, listening to music, and spending time with my cat! During our online classes he may make an appearance, he liked hopping up on the side of my counter when I'm cooking!
