Classical Piano with Marisol S.

I'm a singer from Southern California and I am in the late stages of my doctoral studies to obtain my Doctorate of Musical Arts. I have a Master's degree in Music from Claremont Graduate University. I graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor's of Music in vocal and piano performance. I have experience singing and teaching vocal music from the early Baroque period to contemporary 20th century music. I teach voice and piano to children as young as 3 years old and teach teenagers and adults as well. I have experience preparing students for examinations with the Royal Conservatory of Music. Styles I regularly teach are classical, pop, jazz, gospel. I have sung in Italian, French, German, Latin, Greek, Yiddish, English, Spanish, and more! My past performances include works by Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, Gluck, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Puccini, Donizetti, Ravel, Faure, Barber, Copland, and others. I have performed as a soloist in the UCR choral society, UCR mariachi ensemble, and UCR chamber singers. I have been a violinist in the UCR orchestra, UCR mariachi, UCR bluegrass ensemble, and UCR chamber music ensemble.
