English (ESL) with Marinell B.

Hi there! I am a retired elementary school teacher. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, having lived in Lima, Peru for 6 years. Both of my children were born there, and I taught school in Lima. I am originally from Mississippi, but I lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 30+ years and worked in medical administrative support. I moved in 2011 to Las Vegas where I lived for 5 years before moving to Laguna Woods Village, CA to get closer to my family. I have 2 grown children and 1 adorable grand daughter. Last year and part of the year before that, I tutored 1st, 2nd & 3rd grade ESL students in reading and comprehension in the Clark County School system in Las Vegas. I really enjoyed it and would love to teach/tutor again part time.
