    About Marie J.

    Welcome! I am Marie Jones, vocal coach of NoteWorthy Studios. For over 30 years I have been singing in countless amount of venues with a plethora of experience including a BA in Classical Vocal Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2011, I made the decision to open up my doors to pass down my legacy of the love of song and what a blast it has been. I have discovered I the natural ability to hear a singer's sound, be able to pinpoint vocal flaws and communicate to the singer how to achieve their desired tone no matter what genre they are singing. My individual stylized approach in vocal coaching varies with student. Students learn the importance of breathing, vocalise and improving sound without effecting their vocal style. My students will tell you that I love to have fun and posses the passion and belief for them to succeed. I offer voice lessons, coaching, and sight singing training in person and online.
