Hi, I'm Mariana! I graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in Criminal Law and the Conservatory of Music of Buenos Aires with a Bachelor's degree in Music, specialized in vocal performance and piano.
When I teach piano or Spanish, I encourage students to challenge themselves. To play instruments in public or to speak a foreign language regularly with other people will definitely help them get over the fear of 'looking ridiculous'. You don't have to be at a very advanced level to communicate with an instrument or a language.
I've spoken Spanish natively my whole life and played the piano since age five. My first Spanish student was my Minnesotan husband!
I love teaching both kids and adults. You are more than welcome to write me and we can discuss your goals ahead of time so we can start learning right away when we meet.
