I am a Certified Pranayama and Meditation Teacher from the Ancient Yoga Academy and SVYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Centre). I am also a Holistic Lifestyle Entrepreneur, Speaker and Author of my forthcoming book called "Survivor to Thriver". It is a book on overcoming abuse, trauma and finding healing through spirituality. I am on a mission to empower and help others transform their lives through meditation, breathwork and mindfulness. I create conscious content through my writing, videos, podcast and social media channels. After years of PTSD, depression and anxiety, I have transformed my life through meditation and holistic healing. I want to share my knowledge and practice with others to raise our collective consciousness.
