Maria O has been teaching piano lessons since she was in high school. There were enough children in the neighborhood who inspired her to teach piano. She took up BS degree in Music Education, and her main interest was teaching private violin and piano lessons.
Her usual clients really varies a great deal. Each student, young or old, who comes from different backgrounds, stories, and history. They are all different individuals. She tries to take each and every student as an individual and teach them in ways that best suits their personality.

Oct 2011 - PresentI taught general music to grades pre k through sixth grade. I taught recorders, boom whackers and violin to different age groups and started an after school violin program

Jun 1992 - PresentI have been teaching private violin, viola and piano lessons in my Brewster, NY studio since 1992. Prior to that I was teaching privately in Westchester County, NY for over 10 years
