Hello sewers! My experience in sewing goes way back. I tell my students I've been sewing for 100 years! I started sewing when I was 10 years old. I continue learning throughout high school into college. I also went to school for fashion design in Paris, France. I've designed my own line and was in a few stores. But I realized that teaching the beautiful art was what I was placed on this earth to do. I've been teaching now for 11 years. Six of those years, I have done in my own location. I enjoy teaching youth to adults. I think the best part is the expression on their face when they complete their garment. Priceless!
