I started playing music around 6 when my dad bought me a casio keyboard. I began exploring and recording myself on the piano. At the age of 10 I started playing trumpet in the middle school band. I started to take music more seriously after the joining the band. I began doing well in state and region competition including making the Texas(5A) All-State band in high school. I was also awarded 3rd place in the DCI trumpet solo competition. I graduated in 2012 from the University of North Texas with a BM in Music Performance with a specialty in Trumpet. From there I started teaching piano lessons in 2014. During this time I managed a studio of 45 students for around 2 years. Lessons are tailored to the students needs and pace. All of the basics of reading music and music theory will be covered.
