    About Marco M.

    Greetings, My name is Marco, M.A., LPC Intern, and I am excited to begin providing lesson to you. A little about myself, I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2012 with a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Health. More recent, back in August of 2014, I graduated with a M.A. in Counseling and I am currently obtaining state-mandated LPC-Intern hours to achieve a full LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license. I have the skills, knowledge, and resources to tutor psychology at the High School and University level. I also have the interpersonal skills to provide life coaching to those in need of extra non-judgmental support. Whether it be to guide you through a life changing decision, such as, a change in career or a lifestyle change or aid you in overcoming anxieties you may be faced with--I will help guide you through your journey.     Student Counselor Intern

    Provided journey-level counseling to individuals and groups. Obtained the opportunity to observe couples and family counseling; weekly supervision was also provided by University Instructors and Doctoral students; training in creative techniques (i.e., sand tray, musical chronology) was acquired. Training and education in psychological test administration provided; Prescreened potential clients. Conducted group counseling sessions for at risk groups at the Juvenile Justice Court of Bexar County.
