I have several years of experience as a part time English Second Language (ESL) instructor at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland I have also worked as a tutor for the National External Diploma Program helping adults achieve their high school diploma. I have extensive experience working with foreign speaking students.

Marcia has an incredible gift for teaching. Her lessons are very lovely. when I first learned with Marcia, I instantly felt comfortable. She made the lessons relaxing and enjoyable. She provided a wonderful mix of listening speaking and practical learning. She is patient and supportive. She knows how to motivate her students. She is great at building confidence, and keeping lessons fun and engaging through various activities that improve conversation, writing, and reading skills.
