What I consider most important in Yoga is focus and concentration,it is not about flexibility and doing advanced asanas, it is about mind control and discover your real true nature. That is why Yoga means union,and this is what I teach. Flexibility, strength and advanced postures you can achieve with time also, and I can teach any advance pose because I already master all of them, but that is not the real goal of Yoga. Everything you do in a Yoga class is to induce meditation, that is why Yogis invented Hatha Yoga(original physical aspect of Yoga) and that is what my class is all about, traditional Yoga(asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation) I am also a certified health coach and can guide you with your eating habits, something that is crucial to be healthy and have a calm mind.
