Classical Guitar with Manuel R.

Hello! My name is Manuel Rodriguez and I am a graduate student focused in classical guitar performance at the Peck School of the Arts in Milwaukee, Wisconsin under the instruction of Maestro Rene Izquierdo. I am very passionate about music and love to teach! I am specialized in classical guitar technique and Mariachi instruction, yet, I also teach popular music, Rock/Blues, Latin, jazz, music reading, notation, and music theory since I do all of those as a hobby. I come from a Mexican family so I am bilingual and smell like tortillas (not really)- se habla español! I enjoy teaching people from all age groups and all levels of experience. A little bit about myself: I love my family, friends, and enjoy nature and life. I hold a minor in art and my favorite medium is oil paint. I perform as a soloist, accompanist, and as a duo with my good friend and colleague, Alejandro Rodriguez. I look forward to meeting you! Now, time to practice.
