In May 2017 I graduated from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, where I earned a BM in Violin Performance. During my time at Roosevelt I gained additional experience playing Jazz, Contemporary, pop, and Improvisational music (to name a few). I have had a cumulative 6 years of formal piano training over the course of my life, through private instruction and college courses. Ask me more about music theory, jazz theory, improvisation, writing, arranging or anything else you might be interested in! Over the past decade of my musical career I have taught private and group lessons on both violin and piano, and have coached elementary-high school level chamber ensembles. Currently, I spend my days: -teaching private lessons at a studio in Chicago -teaching music and art classes at a studio in Chicago -teaching before and after school group lessons at CPS -teaching students of my own private studio--in their homes or online. -performing at local venues and collaborating with artists near and far. -traveling for tours, gigs, workshops, lessons, and other academic or artistic endeavors. -freelancing as a session musician for studio recordings.
