Yoga with Makiko N.

Hi, my name is Makiko. I've been teaching private and semi private lessons since 2015 and have loved helping my students. I completed Yoga Alliance teacher training 200hr certification in Tokyo in 2015 and Yin yoga immersion in CA in 2018. My passion for yoga is toward integrating ancient yoga wisdom into daily life. I love to share my love of yoga with youths and adults and in international settings. Instruction is available both in English and Japanese. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
