Hello, my name is Mai I came from Vietnam, I have been in the US for almost 4 years now. I'm currently studying at Kendall college with a bachelor degree in Hospitality double concentrations in Food & Beverage and Beverage management. I have been studying Wine fro over a year and have go through testing and earn my certification as qualified Sommelier level 1, 2 and level 3 result is pending currently. I have been top performer in both my level 1& 2 certification. My exam was a 5 hours exam consisted of + Blind tasting ( level1- 4 wine , level 2-6 wine, level 3- 20 beverage) + Service ( level 1 still wine , level 2 sparkling , level 3 is still, sparkling and decanting) + Multiple choice :250 questions + Essays: ( level 1 - 2 essays , level 2- 2 essays, level 3 - 4 essays ) + Wine & food pairing ( level 1- oral, level 2 - oral , level3- oral whit developing restaurant concept and build beverage menu) I believe I have found a great way to learn it and I can show you how!
