I have spent my entire career which spans around 40years in the teaching profession and last year, I retired as the Dean of Department of Chemistry at the Science College, Gwalior. I have been awarded with 24 annual outstanding teaching awards during my career.
Apart from helping students of different ages (middle-school to Doctorate students and Post-docs), I consider myself fortunate to collaborate with minds of different ages, cultures as well as different abilities. My experience of working with such wide range of students has not only helped me evolve into a better teacher, but also gave me the skill to uniquely tailor my teaching style so as to be most beneficial for the student suiting their individual needs.
My strong passion to help students keeps me up-to-date with the ongoing advances in teaching field. Students have immensely appreciated my use of visual cutouts and models to explain complex structures including isomers and other difficult to visualize structures.

My interaction with Prof. Mahesh: In fact, I would give the biggest credit to Prof. Mahesh in preparing me to clear the entrance exam of IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) which has less than 0.7% admit rate and is undoubtedly the most selective and exclusive exam in the world. Out of the three subjects, I scored highest marks in Chemistry, which paved my way to enter IIT.
I took online lessons from Prof Mahesh since 2003 after joining IIT Kanpur to seek help with two undergrad Chemistry courses which I again cleared in flying colors (credit goes to his clear teaching style).
In 2012, I entered Princeton University for our pursuing my Masters. There again, in order to seek additional help, I reached out to Prof and as always he gave me out-of-the world guidance helping me overcome all my difficulties.
Personality: Prof Mahesh has got a very soothing and polite personality as well as a demeanor of a balanced teacher.
He goes out of the way to help the students with any topic that troubles them and finally the student comes out as a champ in the topic
Teaching style: He has got a uniquely clear and simple way to teach some of the very hard to understand concepts. starting from the difficult notions of atomic mass to fundamentals if mole concepts and stoichiometry to all the difficult to imagine conformational isomers, he teaches everything with equal ease.
Economic hourly rate: I firmly believe that given the several decades of teaching experience as well as the immaculate teaching style and unparalleled command over the subject, Prof Marsh's hourly rates are far more reasonable than some of the other less experienced tutors. I personally have my brother, sister and all of my cousins take lessons from him and every one of them have immensely benefited during their interaction.
