As a piano instructor, I focus on students' fundamental skills such as finger technic, sight reading, and ear training.  I also incorporate music theory during the piano lessons so students also understand why the music sounds beautiful. 

I use various method books to develop strong fundamentals; which in-turn creates a strong musical foundation on which the student can build.  I believe every student has a different learning style and as a teacher, I am constantly learning from my students to develop and expand my teaching methods.  Each of my students are on their own individual musical journey and I'm happy to be a part of it.

I strongly focus on each student’s musical development. While some musicians are clearly focused on their goals, some aren’t clear where their musical journey will take them. No matter where they are on their path, I’m here to support them along the way.

We love Mrs. Maggie! She is an awesome instructor for our five year old. She is always very patient and detailed with her lesson plans. Our son loves her! We are delighted to have her teach our child!!

Maggie is a great teacher.  My seven-year-old daughter loves her and she learns a lot from her.  My daughter had a different piano teacher before.  I like Maggie's upbeat way of teaching better than her old teacher.  I personally believe the right attitude and energy helps motivate kids to learn.  I like that she has different lesson plans and reward system.  Just a little something to show my daughter that she's doing a good job.

Maggie is a great teacher! She’s worked with my 10 yo son for over a year now and he’s learned so much. My son also enjoys working with Maggie. She rewards him for practicing and makes him feel more confident when he’s learning.

Mrs. Maggie, Is a wonderful and affordable teacher. She meets student where they are and develop them to grow and challenge. My son has been going several months now and we are so grateful to have her as a instructor. She is so polite and warm and is very passionate about teaching music.

Maggie has been an extremely helpful teacher, I wanted to get back into playing the piano but I neglected a lot of the fundamentals when I was younger and just wanted to play songs, so I started learning fundamentals like sight reading and music theory from Maggie and I've been seeing a lot of progress.
