Hi, my name is Lucas, and I'm excited to be a part of TakeLessons. I've been teaching Music and Meditation since 2004, and have developed tools and techniques that make learning easy and fun. Whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned pro, I am here to help you reach new levels in your practice, and to assist you in growing to your full potential. I graduated from Musician's Institute of Hollywood CA, and earned a degree in Percussion in 2007. I'm an experienced and drive person and my teaching style is adaptable and effective. I studied Meditation and Nutrition at the Optimum Health Institute San Diego, am Krya Yoga Certified, and Have taught workshops and events privately as well as for groups. I am the #1 Best Selling author "Drum and Grow Rich", and "Lucid Meditation - Your Guide To Gaining Freedom, Focus, & Fulfillment". I wrote, played and produced a full length musical meditation album in the style of EDM, and am happy to help you create your own album too! You will get huge take always from every lesson, because I really figure out what will help you progress the fastest towards your goals.
