About Coach Mac Since I was 12 years old, the love of the game has been my world. I knew volleyball was my calling. This love lead me to a State Championship in high school (38-0) and three Conference Championships in college. Once my career came to an end, I knew I had to pass on my positive experiences to young women in sport. And so it began, in 2007. Gaining thirteen years of coaching experience, so far. Experience Matters. Understanding the athlete and tailoring training to the specific needs of each athlete is very important to me. I have gained experience coaching every level.. including youth, high school, and college. I have a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with minors in Coaching and Psychology. After college, I gained five years of sports performance experience. This lead to passion in injury prevention, jump training, weight training, and volleyball specific conditioning. WHAT TO EXPECT COVID-19 has changed our world. Although we are living through uncertain times, the pandemic has given us the opportunity to learn and grow virtually. It is my mission to prepare you for all aspects of the game. It is my pleasure to coach you to be mentally strong, physically strong, and gain leadership skills. I look forward to working with you.
